Welcome to inMotion! 

We're thrilled to get you started! As we begin onboarding, you will want to start thinking about the following:

  • Schedule time with key internal stakeholders to discuss your existing marketing and creative workflow management process and what you would like it to be in the future. 
  • Begin to think about the roles you want to assign to your team members. Follow this link to learn more about inMotion User Types.
  • Meet with your team to discuss what information they would like to see in a Creative Brief. Now is the time to confirm your existing format still meets the needs of your team.
    • Check your team’s schedules to be sure all the relevant stakeholders are available for the Kickoff Call. This includes Admin User(s) and Executive Sponsor(s).
    • If your company has strict network firewall policies, send the link below to your IT department. This will ensure email notifications are working smoothly when you get started: Whitelisting inMotion

Your Customer Success representative will:

  • Import the full list of Users you provide so you do not have to manually add each one-by-one.
  • Train you on how to add and/or edit Users and their permissions, should you have changes to your team in the future.
  • Review inMotion’s features, ensuring you can harness the tool’s full functionality.
  • Provide common configuration tips and techniques to ensure you get the most out of your inMotion experience.
